THE OBJECTS OF PORT IN A STORM CHARITY ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING OR HAVE EXPERIENCED MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS IN BRAINTREE DISTRICT COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE ONE-TO-ONE AND GROUP SUPPORT, AND THE OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY CAFÉ IN AN EFFORT TO BUILD SELF-ESTEEM, INDEPENDENCE AND SENSE OF WELL-BEING.
