THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF THOSE IN WALES IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING LONG TERM AFFORDABLE RENTED ACCOMMODATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES.
