THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (A) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN SUFFOLK IN THE DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THE SAID ARTS THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCES. (B) TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS.
