CONDUCTING AND DISSEMINATING RESEARCH IN RELATION TO METHODS OF INTERFERENCE IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESSES OF THE UNITED KINGDOM; AND (B) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING INFORMED PARTICIPATION AND ENGAGEMENT BY THE PUBLIC IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESSES OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
