THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF MUSIC IN SUFFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF: (A) PROGRAMMES OF MUSICAL ACTIVITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE RURAL STATE EDUCATION SECTOR; (B) PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES. 2. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH SEN IN SUFFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF MUSIC THERAPY SESSIONS.
