II) THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR STUDENTS. III) THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTAL ACCOMMODATION FOR STUDENTS TO ASSIST THEM TO OBTAIN OR BENEFIT FROM EDUCATION OR TO UNDERTAKE RESEARCH.
