THE TRUSTEES SHALL MAKE GRANTS OF MONEY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE CHARITABLE OBJECTS. THE USE OF THE FUNDS IS RESTRICTED TO USE IN KENYA. THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE OBJECTS) ARE AS FOLLOWS: A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION BY PROMOTING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, RELIGION AND IN PARTICULAR THE TRANSLATION, PUBLICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF THE BIBLE IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES; B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO THE CULTURE, HISTORY AND LANGUAGES SPOKEN IN KENYA; C) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; D) ANY OTHER PURPOSES CURRENTLY RECOGNISED AS BEING CHARITABLE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011.
