TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE PATIENTS RECEIVING TREATMENT AT THE PRINCESS OF WALES HOSPITAL, ELY, AND THE RESIDENTS OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES IN ADDITION TO THAT PROVIDED LOCALLY BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
