Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF BENEFITS OF ANY KIND AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE, AND ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TO KING EDWARD VI'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL AT CHELMSFORD AND THE BENEFICIARIES. 3.2 WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE CIO'S OBJECT: (A) AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL ABROAD OR PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING APPROVED BY THE CHARITY TRUSTEES; (B) PROVIDE FINANCIAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, A UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR OR TO ENTER, A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING; (C) PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT KING EDWARD VI'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL AT CHELMSFORD (D) PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THE PUPILS OF KING EDWARD VI'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL AT CHELMSFORD AND OTHER BENEFICIARIES TO PARTICIPATE IN RECREATION AND SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF COACHING IN ATHLETICS, SPORTS, AND GAMES; AND (E) PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO STUDY MUSIC AND OTHER ARTS
