THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SEE FIT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITIES, ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FOR:
3.1 THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE;
3.2 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY; AND
3.3 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
