The CIO Run out of and manage the Belle Isle Welcome Centre, Undercroft, Saint John and Saint Barnabas Church, Belle Isle Road, Leeds, LS10 3DN The Centre will be used to run Community Cafe, Food Bank facilities, as a training venue and facilitate groups and club, along with other agreed activities that would benefit the community as required.
