THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR DISABILITY BY THE PROVISION OF A SAFE SPACE TO BE USED AS A RECREATIONAL AREA FOR SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES.
