TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS, PRIMARILY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 7 - 17 LIVING IN MONTGOMERYSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN ORCHESTRAL STRING PLAYING AND THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS.
