THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, INCLUDING PHYSICAL EDUCATION, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY: (I) SUPPORTING THE UNIVERSITY AND ALUMNI ICE HOCKEY CLUB KNOWN AS THE LONDON DRAGONS ICE HOCKEY CLUB; AND (II) TO THE EXTENT THAT THE CIO’S ASSETS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT PURPOSE, ADVANCING THE AMATEUR SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
