TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED DUE TO SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING BAME AND OTHER MINORITY COMMUNITIES, BY PROVIDING SUMMER SCHOOLS, SCHOLARSHIPS, EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS, NETWORKING AND MENTORSHIP AS A MEANS OF: • ADVANCING EDUCATION IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND MATHS (STEM) THAT PROMOTE CAREERS THAT AID IN THE ACHIEVING OF NET ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS. • RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT BY IMPROVING EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, NETWORKING, MENTORSHIP, CREATING JOB OPPORTUNITIES RELATING TO NET ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS INDUSTRIES, WHICH POSITIVELY IMPACTS THE COMMUNITY AND WIDER ECONOMY • INCREASING REPRESENTATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM LOWER SOCIOECONOMIC BACKGROUNDS AND MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN THE NET ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS INDUSTRIES.
