THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF UKRAINIANS (THE BENEFICIARIES) IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR, ARMED CONFLICT, NATURAL OR MAN-MADE DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE, IN PARTICULAR, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS WHO ARE FACILITATING HUMANITARIAN INTERVENTION AND ORGANISATIONS WHO ARE SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF ITEMS SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING, MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND SUPPORT REQUIRED TO MEET THE BENEFICIARIES’ BASIC NEEDS.
