THE RELIEF OF NEED AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD HEALTH OF POSTPARTUM MOTHERS, NEWBORNS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) SUPPORTING THEIR MENTAL HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING; B) DELIVERING FACILITATING PEER SUPPORT GROUPS; C) PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND IDENTIFY AVAILABLE SUPPORT OPTIONS; AND D) PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND HOME MANAGEMENT SESSIONS.
