FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT DARCA SCHOOLS, ISRAEL, WHICH OPERATE TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO CHILDREN FROM ISRAEL'S GEOSOCIAL PERIPHERY, IRRESPECTIVE OF RELIGIOUS OR SOCIAL BACKGROUND, BY: A) PROVIDING FINANCES TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF SUPPLEMENTAL TEACHING HOURS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR STAFF, EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES; B) PROVIDING ENHANCED EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY; AND C) IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
