THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES LIVING IN MANCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY 1. PROVIDING ACCESS TO PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED MEALS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE IN TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, REFUGES, OR THOSE USING FOOD BANKS, AND; 2. ASSISTING IN THE DELIVERY OF EDUCATIONAL COURSES TO EQUIP THOSE PEOPLE WITH THE SKILLS AND CAPACITIES NECESSARY TO INDEPENDENTLY PREPARE NUTRITIOUS MEALS SAFELY, TO PREPARE THEM FOR ENTRY INTO EMPLOYMENT SO THAT THEY MAY BE SELF-SUFFICIENT, AND BY REDUCING THEIR SOCIAL ISOLATION ARISING AS A RESULT OF THEIR POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
