TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP, MAINTAIN AND ADVANCE EDUCATION, SKILLS, APPRECIATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITIES OF GORING AND STREATLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY: 1. THE PROMOTION AND SUPPORT OF MUSICAL PERFORMANCES, WORKSHOPS, TEACHING AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES; 2. REMOVING BARRIERS TO MUSICAL EDUCATION AND PROMOTING EQUAL OPPORTUNITY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS FOR TUITION AND ACCESS TO INSTRUMENTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO AND INCLUDING THE AGE OF 18. 3. FURTHERING SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) MAKING GRANTS AND DONATIONS AND COLLABORATING WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND GROUPS.
