THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN NEED BY REASON OF BEING OLD, BLIND OR IMPOTENT WHO EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS HAVE RESIDED IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF PEMBURY FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS NEXT PROCEEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT BY THE PROVISION OF ALMS-HOUSES, THE FULL NUMBER OF ALMS PEOPLE SHALL BE SIX OR SUCH NUMBER AS THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS BY ORDER PRESCRIBE FROM TIME TO TIME. 2. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE BENEFICIAL TO THE BENEFICIARIES OR A SUFFICIENT SECTION OF THEM AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DECIDE.
