THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO ACT AS THE EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE DIOCESE, AND TO EXERCISE AND PERFORM WITHIN THE DIOCESE THE RIGHTS POWERS DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS BY THE MEASURE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND RE-ENACTMENTS, GIVEN TO AND IMPOSED ON IT BY THAT MEASURE.
