(A) TO ACQUIRE AND TAKE OVER THE ASSETS OF "THE H.M.S. CONWAY MERCHANT NAVY CADET SCHOOL" AND TO ADMINISTER ANY TRUSTS AFFECTING THE ASSETS SO TAKEN OVER.(B) TO MAKE GRANTS TO, SUPPORT IN ANY MANNER AND TO PROVIDE PRIZES OR SCHOLARSHIPS TO AND FOR CADETS FOR MARINE EMPLOYMENT OF ALL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE PURPOSES FOR THEIR EDUCATION OR PROFFESSIONAL TRAINING AND TO THE INTENT THAT SO FAR AS IS REASONABLY POSSIBLE AND COMMENSURATE WITH RESPECT FOR THE NAME OF "H.M.S. CONWAY MERCHANT NAVY CADET SCHOOL" ANY SUCH GRANT, SUPPORT, PRIZE OR SCHOLARSHIP SHALL BE MADE TO COMMEMORATE SUCH NAME. FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 3 OF MEMORANDUM.
