PAYMENTS T YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21YEARS RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA, AS REWARD FOR PROGRESS IN LEARNING A HANDICRAFT OR SOME FORM OF HUSBANDRY, OR FOR GENERAL PROFICIENCY ON THE WORK IN WHICH THEY ARE EMPLOYED.
