A) PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS, OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR FILLONGLEY SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES, THE MANAGERS AND THE AUTHORITY; B) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND WELFARE) OF BENEFICIARIES; FOR YOUNGPERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS, RESIDENT IN OR IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF FILLONGLEY, WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
