Charitable objects
ADVANCING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND) OF CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 3 AND 5 YEARS. PROVIDED THAT IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE SAID LAND AND BUILDING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR USE AS AFORESAID THE GOVERNORS MAY PERMIT THE SAME TO BE APPROPRIATED AND USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE SCHOOL OF THE SAID CHARITY NUMBERED 2 REFERRED TO IN CLAUSE 50 OF THE PRINCIPLE SCHEME.
