SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 2 AND 8 HEREOF THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT FULNECK SCHOOL (COMPANY NUMBER 05086581 AND REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 251211-4), OR SUCH OTHER INSTITUTION(S) AS MAY SUCCEED FULNECK SCHOOL, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ESTABLISHING AND AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS TOWARDS THE EDUCATION OF CURRENT AND FUTURE PUPILS OF FULNECK SCHOOL. ALL REFERENCES TO ‘THE SCHOOL’ OR ‘FULNECK SCHOOL’ OR ‘FULNECK BOYS SCHOOL’ SHALL BE INTERPRETED ACCORDINGLY.
