(A) THE ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE AND PROMOTION OF A PUBLIC MUSEUM FOR THE EXHIBITION OF ITEMS OF LOCAL OR HISTORICAL INTEREST OR VALUE; (B) A CENTRE FOR ARTS AND CRAFTS FOR RECITALS OF MUSIC AND FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PLAYS AND PLAY READINGS ALL OF AN EDUCATIONAL NATURE AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF THE SAME.
