TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AMONGST THE HANDICAPPED CHILDREN AT DYFATTY SPECIAL SCHOOL BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY).
