TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR: = OLDER PEOPLE = DISABLED PEOPLE = PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES = PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES = CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS = YOUNG PEOPLE = CARERS = ANY OTHER GROUP WITH IDENTIFIED NEEDS BY THE PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF A CENTRE TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THAT PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS RESIDENT IN RICHMONDSHIRE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, AND BY PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES.
