TO APPLY OR CAUSE TO BE APPLIED THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FIRSTLY FOR A SCOLARSHIP TO BE MADE TO A STUDENT OR STUDENTS AT THE FACULTY OF ART AND DESIGN BEING PART OF THE SOUTH GLAMORGAN INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION WHO IS OR ARE CLOSELY ALIGNED TO THE ARTS SUBJECTS STUDIED BY THE LATE HELEN GREGORY. SECONDLY FOR A SCOLARSHIP TO BE MADE TO A STUDENT OF THE SAID FACULTY OF ART AND DESIGN IN RECOGNITION OF HIS OR HER CONTRIBUTION TO THE STUDY ENVIROMENT OF HIS OR HER FACULTY IN RECOGNITION OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND PROGRESS MADE SUCH SCHOLARSHIP TAKING THE FORM OF A BOOK PRIZE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2)
