(A) TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUITONS OBJECTS OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND PROPORTIONS AS THEY THINK FIT. (B) WITH THE CONSENT IN WRITING OF THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF PLUMBERS TO APPLY ALL OR ANY OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND IN LIKE MANNER.
