TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE ON MATTERS RELATING TO HOUSING AMONGST THOSE PERSONS LIVING AND/OR WORKING IN CHELTENHAM WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF THEIR HOMELESSNESS OR WHO ARE LIVING IN ADVERSE HOUSE CONDITIONS.
