TO PROMOTE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY SUCH LEGALLY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE ARE IN KEEPING WITH THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THIS CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE RAYLEIGH, ESSEX AREA.
