THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF PAINTED, STAINED AND DECORATED GLASS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF SUCH ART BY:- (A) THE PROVISION OF A REPOSITORY FOR THE SALVAGE AND STORAGE OF MERITORIOUS EXAMPLES OF PAINTED STAINED AND DECORATED GLASS AT RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE, (B) THE REALLOCATION OF RESITING OF SALVAGED GLASS IN BUILDINGS OF HISTORICAL OR ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST TO WHICH THE PUBLIC HAVE ACCESS.
