TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE HOUSE AND OTHER INVALIDS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM A TERMINAL ILLNESS AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE HOUSE BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE AYLESBURY VALE DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY.
