Charitable objects
THE PROMOTION OF CHARITY IN THE MANNER HEREINAFTER SET OUT THAT IS TO SAY (A) IN SUCH MANNER OR TO SUCH OBJECTS AS SHALL BY MEMORANDUM DIRECT; (B) AND IN DEFAULT OF SUCH MEMORANDUM THE COMPANY SHALL DISTRIBUTE THE SAID INCOME TO SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES AND IN SUCH AMOUNT OR AMOUNTS AS IT SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
