1) PAYMENT TO THE RECTOR OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. LAWRENCE, WINCHESTER, FOR PREACHING A SERMON ON GOOD FRIDAY IN EACH YEAR. 2) TO AUGMENT THE INCOME OF THE WINCHESTER CHARITY FOR THE NEEDY.
