THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY FIVE YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF BERKSHIRE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
