1. ADVANCE AND PROMOTE LIP-READING TEACHING TO SUCH PERSONS.
2. ADVANCE THE TEACHING OF GOOD COMMUNICATION TACTICS AND LISTENING SKILLS.
3. PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF SUCH PERSONS..
