The charity raises funds to benefit people in Isaan, a deprived region of Northeast Thailand, and elsewhere in Thailand. Grants are made to poor children to enable them to complete their education, from primary school to college and university. 1)TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONG THE PEOPLE OF NORTHEAST THAILAND BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH COMMUNITY PROJECTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNAL FACILITIES,AND THE PROMOTION OF SELF-HELP ACTIVITIES. 2)THE RELIEF OF THE POVERTY OF THOSE PERSONS,PARTICULARLY CHILDREN,IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD,CLOTHING,MEDICAL CARE,AND EDUCATION WHEN THE AFORESAID CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY THE AUTHORITIES,WHETHER STATUTORY OR VOLUNTARY. 3)THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION,IN PARTICULAR TO THOSE STUDENTS STUDYING A SUBJECT WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES IS OF VALUE AND BENEFIT TO THE PEOPLE OF THAILAND.4)THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS TO THE COMMUNITY OF BUDDHIST MONKS FOR THE BUILDING OR REPAIR OF RELIGIOUS STRUCTURES,AND FOR THE EQUIPPING OF SUCH STRUCTURES.
