THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST IN THEIR DISCRETION TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME OR ANY PART OR PARTS THEREOF FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE AND/OR TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE BODIES TRUSTS ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "CHARITIES") AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE SUBJECT AS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME ARISING THEREFROM FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND/OR TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITIES AS THEY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AND WITHOUT LIMITING THEIR POWERS HEREUNDER THEY MAY IN THE EXERCISE OF SUCH POWERS EXECUTE A DEED OR DEEDS OF COVENANT IN FAVOUR OF ANY CHARITY TO PAY TO IT OUT OF SUCH INCOME ANY ANNUAL SUM FOR THE PERIOD OF YEARS INDICATED THEREIN
