THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE INSTITUTIONS ENGAGED IN POST-COMPULSORY EDUCATION AND THE RANGE AND DIVERSITY OF THEIR PROVISION.
