A) TO RELIEVE THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM (PARTICULARLY MEMBERS OF THE ARAB COMMUNITY WHO ARE RESIDENT THEREIN WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS) B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH INHABITANTS WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
