TO PURCHASE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR THE INVESTIGATION AND TREATMENT OF PATIENTS IN THE WINCHESTER HEALTH DISTRICT (OR ANY SUCCESSOR AUTHORITY) AND TO FURTHER MEDICAL RESEARCH, MEDICAL EDUCATION AND MEDICAL CARE IN THAT HEALTH DISTRICT BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF ANY SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC
