THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO RELIEVE AGED PERSONS BY PAYING OR APPLYING THE SAME FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT:- (A) IN THE PAYMENT OF GRANTS TO ANY RESIDENT IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE HOUSE IN ORDER TO ASSIST IN THE PAYMENT OF THE RESIDENTS CHARGES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE (B) IN THE PAYMENT OF GRANTS TO ABBEYFIELD OR THE OWNERS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE HOUSE FOR PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE HOUSE OR FOR PURPOSES INTENDED TO BENEFIT THE HOUSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WHETHER BY RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE HOUSE OR OUTREACH WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF FORMBY OR OTHERWISE AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL SEE FIT (C) IN THE PAYMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE ORGANISATION OF OUTINGS PARTIES COMPETITIONS THERAPY TREATMENT OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY UNDERTAKEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE HOUSE EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY (D) IN THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT GAMES FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER ITEMS FOR THE BENEFIT OR USE OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE HOUSE EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY
