FOR ALL OR ANY PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SUTTON WARD OF PLYMOUTH IN PARTICULAR AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH IN GENERAL WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
