Charitable objects
3.1 The objects of the Charity (the “Objects”) are for the public benefit:-
3.1.1 to protect, promote and improve peoples’ physical and mental health, working directly and in partnership with other organisations to ensure everyone can benefit from engaging with the natural world;
3.1.2 to advance education in the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural and physical environment, particularly but not exclusively through training and practical participation;
3.1.3 to advance education in world ecology and the natural environment and the effects on that environment of both natural and other activities and particularly those pursued by people; and
3.1.4 to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural and physical environment, particularly but not exclusively through the creation, restoration and conservation of woodland, wetland, grassland, school and community gardens, parks and wild space.
