1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND SUFFERING AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN KENYA WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL,NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE EDUCATION, RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN KENYA WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE UNABLE TO FURTHER THEIR FORMAL EDUCATION TO INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLS, RESIDENTIAL HOMES AND HOSTELS IN KENYA IN FURTHERANCE OF THE AFORESAID OBJECTS
