THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE IN MACCLESFIELD ; A) THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE RETIRED OR WHO ARE ABOUT TO RETIRE FROM FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT B) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASON OF THEIR AGE OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED
